My professional journey has been a voyage of continuous learning and meaningful contributions in the realm of technology. I've had the privilege of traversing distinct phases, each significantly contributing to my growth as a professional.

Software Developer: Crafting Functionality

In this foundational phase, I focused on developing scalable, highly available, and modular software products. Notable projects during this period include:

• OSYM SMOTO (National Exam Centers Automation Project): Solution design and development for determining exam locations for students and observers, pioneering the first WPF application in Turkey.

• IMOS (İstanbul Building Plan Automation System) and CAS(Geographical Archive System) projects: Designed and developed via ASP.NET and various databases.

Developer Consultant: Bridging Gaps

Transitioning into consultancy, I engaged in detailed requirement analysis and developed solutions for complex business problems. Notable projects during this period include:

• Ministry Of Foreign Affairs - Konsolosluk.gov.tr Project: Developed a web application with a generic appointment system, interactive services, and dynamic language infrastructure for Turkish consulates worldwide.

• Ministry Of Foreign Affairs - Konsolosluk.Net Project: Developed “Criminal Records” module via web service integration with the Ministry of Justice. Developed content management & appointment greeting modules in the Konsolosluk.net project.

• Turkish Land Forces(KKK) - HR System & Operation Centers Information System Projects: Project management, business analysis, technical documentation of requirements, solution design, DB design.

• Turkish National Police(EGM) Projects (Inventory Management System, Vehicle and Driver Info. System): Solution design, development, training, and technical consultancy.

Project Manager: Orchestrating Success

In this phase, I took on the role of Project Manager, overseeing diverse projects and ensuring they met their goals. Notable projects during this period include:

• NuCAL (New Computing Abstraction Layer)

• Comodo One Portal (IT Management Platform)

• Service Desk Project

• Reporting / Business Intelligence / Data Visualization Project

• Projects at Scopic Software: Direct management of web and mobile projects, ensuring on-time delivery, managing remote teams, contributing to process improvement studies, and enhancing client interactions.

Teaching and Mentoring: Nurturing Future Talent

In parallel with project management, I ventured into academia as a Lecturer and Internship Coordinator. Notable contributions include:

• Teaching various courses related to software engineering and data analysis.

• Starting the "Active Intern" Program to improve the internship process for students and enhance industry-university relations.
